Used Metal Roofing Machines is a marketplace for the machinery that roofing contractors and sheet metal shops use to make panels, trim, gutter and duct: roll formers, seamers, CNC folders, gutter machines, shears, slitters, decoilers and the rest. It has been online since 2021 and lists machines from individual contractors, fabrication shops and dealers across the United States.
Who the site is for
Buyers here are roofing contractors adding on-site panel fabrication, gutter companies replacing or adding a machine, architectural sheet metal shops looking for a folder or slitter, and metal building fabricators looking for in-plant lines. Sellers are the same people a few years on, plus dealers clearing trade-ins and estates settling a closed shop. Most of the machines are made by New Tech Machinery, Englert, Zimmerman, Cidan, Schechtl, RAS, Roper Whitney, Tennsmith, KWM and WUKO, and most sell within the United States and Canada.
What we do differently
- Every listing shows the asking price, year, condition, power, location and included tooling at the top of the page. Call for price is allowed but it is the exception.
- Listings are free, reviewed by a person before they go live, and stay published after a sale as a price reference.
- Buyer messages are relayed to sellers by email with the buyer’s reply-to address. We never publish a seller’s email and we do not sit in the middle of the deal.
- Our guides use prices and specs we verified from manufacturers, dealers and public sales, and they say where the numbers came from.
- We take no commission and do not handle payment, escrow or freight.
