1/2″ or 3/8″ Pittsburgh (optional) lock-forming machine designed to make 6 types of heavy gauge locks 22 – 26 Gauge low carbon steel. Pittsburgh lock. Standing Seam lock. Single Hem L. Double Hem Z. Standing seam Locking pin C. Radial single hem L.

What to check on a used spiral tube former
- Confirm the diameter range and which forming heads or tooling sets are included.
- Run a test tube and inspect the lock seam for tightness and the cut end for squareness.
- Check the drive, seam rollers and cut-off for wear and verify voltage and phase.
