2020 Thalmann TZ 150, 16ga x 21ft cnc folder. Graphic touchscreen controller, 2 – portable foot controls, short part backgauge system, auto gauge sensing, crowning system.
Machine is in very good condition and can be inspected under power.

What to check on a used cnc folder
- Fold a 24-gauge test piece the full length and check that the angle is the same at both ends.
- Sight down the clamping and bending beams for straightness and look for crowning repairs.
- Inspect the tooling edges for nicks, chips and uneven wear, and note which segments are included.
- Check the backgauge for play, limit switch function and repeatability over several moves.
