They are small, bench or stand mounted, and usually run on 110 V or by hand. Check the forming dies and crimper for wear, and confirm which sizes and styles the tooling covers before buying.

Do I need an elbow machine if I have a downspout machine?
Only if you want every part in a matching color and you run enough volume to justify it. Many crews make downspout on site and buy elbows from a supply house; the machine makes sense for high-volume or odd-color work.
